Marketing Manager

Responsible for managing all marketing functions. Leadership skills to measure, enhance, and enrich the image of Air-Weigh through internal and external marketing goals and objectives.

Minimum qualifications & experience:

Qualifications and Experience:

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Ability to maintain positive working relationships with outside vendors and suppliers

Interest in learning and understanding technical product information

Experience using marketing automation software

Experience developing automated and segmented email marketing campaigns using email software such as MailChimp, Emma, Constant Contact, etc.

Five (5) years of marketing management experience

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Proven track record with lead generation programs

Experience with Google Analytics / Word Press

Experience managing national tradeshow participation

Experience developing and maintaining product content

Experience developing press relationships, and press releases

Experience developing and maintaining on-line advertising programs

Strong PC/Mac skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong CRM proficiencies

Ability to work independently

A history of highly ethical business conduct

Additional qualifications & experience preferred:

Primary job duties:

Develop and execute content strategies including a yearly calendar of blogs, case studies, infographics, press releases, etc.

Manage website content and oversee continued improvement of site

Oversee technical document development process

Develop sales presentation tools for sales team

Develop general company marketing materials

Develop on-line ads and manage all media placements

Publish press releases and manage press relations

Develop content used in all published materials

Develop market knowledge, summarize and present internally

Manage all trade show participation, and booth improvements

Works within company guidelines, policies and procedures

Secondary duties:

Mechanical Engineer

Air-Weigh, the leader in on-board electronic scale systems for commercial trucks and trailers, is adding a key mechanical engineering position.  Air-Weigh  is a growth-oriented technology company shipping products nationwide and to Europe, South America, Australia and other parts of the world. We are seeking a mechanical engineer to design, develop, and sustain products, and to support product release and manufacturing.

Our on-vehicle systems include sensors monitored by modules located on both the truck and the trailer, coupled to an in-dash and touchscreen displays.  Our sensors and components are housed in small packages, designed for the rugged transportation environment.  Products include plastic injection molded, machined, sheet metal and formed steel parts.

Qualified candidates will have a BS Mechanical Engineering with excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to drive tasks and projects to completion with limited supervision. We desire experience in electronics packaging, manufacturing methods and automation, 2D drawings, and process documentation.  Additional skills include component overmolding, vehicle electronics packaging, FEA, GD&T, ISO 9000, and SolidWorks.  Experience testing parts and systems to formal standards is also a plus.

Field Support Technician – Eugene

Air-Weigh, a leader in the manufacture and distribution of on-board scale systems nationwide, is seeking to fill a Field Support Technician position based in Eugene. Responsibilities include installation and operation support and training to truck fleet maintenance and drivers, as well as resolving issues.

The successful candidate must have desire to help customers succeed with our products and the ability to assist them through hardware installation, setup, training and basic troubleshooting. This position requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. Must be capable of quickly attaining proficiency with PC-based customer service software.  Experience with truck electrical systems a plus.
