iWeigh® is the industry’s most advanced on-board scale platform. iWeigh® for Trucks is a flexible and very accurate scale, delivering suspension weight data directly to most Android® devices (iOS in development). This allows drivers to see the vehicle weight while loading from up to 100 feet away, in real time. iWeigh® is also “scalable” through over-the-air updates to include future features and networking capabilities.
iWeigh® uses sensors to measure air pressure (for air ride suspensions) or a highly-engineered deflection sensor to measure micro-flexing of the axle group (for mechanical suspensions). By calibrating the system with known empty weight at time of the and known loaded weight, iWeigh® uses the saved calibrated data to accurately calculate and display the current weight of the vehicle.
The scale must be calibrated before use. iWeigh® can display weights in pounds or kilograms.
After calibration, simply view weights on the Air-Weigh app or through telematics. The weight data will update in real time.
iWeigh® boasts industry-leading accuracy. For air-ride suspensions, it is 99% accurate (+/- 300 lbs.), while for mechanical suspensions, it offers 97% accuracy (+/- 900 lbs.).
iWeigh® displays weights in 20lbs. or 20kgs. increments.
iWeigh® is designed for both air ride suspensions and most mechanical suspensions.
iWeigh® can accommodate up to 3 air sensors and 4 deflection sensors at once.
Generally, no. Once you've calibrated iWeigh® with accurate empty and loaded weights, there's no need for recalibration. The system will continue to provide accurate weight readings. If the suspension undergoes significant damage, wear & tear, or changes such as replacing a leveling valve or air bag, a new recalibration is recommended.

Yes, iWeigh® offers a free mobile app for Android and IOS devices. This app allows you to conveniently view weight readings directly on your compatible smartphone or tablet.
iWeigh® is designed to be mounted externally, with a IP67 rated housing tested to stringent SAE standards. A protective case or box is not required.
iWeigh® is powered by tapping into the truck power.
The range for iWeigh® is up to 100 feet in line-of-sight.
This time will vary depending on sensors and suspensions set up. An average iWeigh® installation is around1 – 2 hours for air sensor installation, and calibration is 1-2 hours. Mechanical deflection sensors may take 3 to 4 hours, with 1 to 2 hours for calibration.
Open the Air-Weigh® app. When setting up a new scale during the configuration process, the user will have the option to change the ‘Asset ID’ of the scale. The ‘Asset ID’ is the user-friendly scale name.
