HOW DOES MY SCALE WORK?
Air-Weigh scales work on all air ride suspensions and most trucks with mechanical or spring-based suspensions. Air pressure sensors measure pressure in the air springs, and deflection sensors measure flex of axles or beams for mechanical suspensions. The scale converts the sensor measurements into accurate on-the-ground weights.

HOW DO I USE MY SCALE?
In order to get an accurate weight with your on-board scale, park your vehicle on level ground with the engine running and the brakes released. For air ride, briefly deflate the air suspension and inflate to ride height. Weights are displayed on the easy-to-read digital display.

Air-Weigh builds on-board scales that allow you to always know you trucks weight

4 WAYS TO DOWNLOAD DATA
BinMaxx can be used in conjunction as an intuitive, economical solution for commercial waste haulers to revolutionize the way they look at customer retention and acquisition. We are proud to provide a number of ways for fleet managers to see the information provided by the BinMaxx scale. Here are four ways to access this valuable information.

USE BINMAXX CLOUD
BinMaxx Cloud securely stores lift data and is easily accessed from any computer or smart device. Download detailed lift reports, manage pick up and dump rates, and view customer information.

YOUR FLEET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Air-Weigh is proud to integrate with several third-party fleet management software providers. Transfer valuable weight data back to the home office effortlessly using your existing on-board computer. View our integration partners here.

USE THE PRINTER
BinMaxx comes with an optional in-cab printer that can record and print daily lift data. A driver can easily print weight reports for simple data recording and management.

WRITE IT DOWN
BinMaxx provides all of the weight data on an easy-to-read in-dash display making it simple for drivers to view, record, and track each lift by simply writing it down in their log book.

I NEED HELP TROUBLESHOOTING MY SCALE
We recommend you contact our customer support team at 888-459-3247 anytime you need help with your scale.

HOW DO I USE MY SCALE?
BinMaxx’s on-screen menu makes it easy to set up and operate your scale. Drivers can learn to use BinMaxx scales in just a few minutes. To weigh a container, the driver lifts the container, empties it, and returns it to the ground. The display shows the current lift # and net weight of the container. After each lift, the driver can simply drive to the next bin and complete the lift without pushing buttons on the scale. To document the lift with a weight receipt, the driver needs only to push a single button on the display.

HOW DOES MY SCALE WORK?
The BinMaxx scale system was designed for refuse front-end loader vehicles. Your installer will have mounted deflection sensors and brackets on the arms along with proximity switches underneath the truck. These are used to establish a measurement window to dynamically weigh-in-motion full containers.
