BinMaxx XL Announcement, 2014

Air-Weigh develops New scale with GPS and Bluetooth technology
Need bin weights, but don’t have an on board computer? No problem!
The new BinMaxx XL front-end loader scale with GPS and Bluetooth technology captures every lift and downloads them automatically to your office PC.
Air-Weigh, the global leader in on-board electronic scales, announced today the release of BinMaxx XL. The new BinMaxx XL extends the proven BinMaxx front-end loader scale line by adding built-in GPS, Bluetooth, and office PC software. Now, customers who don’t use an on-board computer can use the BinMaxx XL system to transmit a daily lift report for each vehicle directly to an office PC.
While out on the route, the BinMaxx XL captures each bin lift location, time, and weight and saves the information. Once the vehicle returns, the simple-to-use office PC software can automatically download the lift report from the truck. The powerful Bluetooth transceivers provide a range of up to 500 feet, making it easy to connect to trucks parked all around the yard. Lift reports are stored in a standard file format compatible with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs. With the BinMaxx XL system, there’s nothing for the driver to do – everything is handled by the office PC software.
BinMaxx XL is available as a complete scale kit or as an upgrade for existing BinMaxx scales. The complete kit includes the BinMaxx XL scale, BinMaxx XL office PC software, Bluetooth transceivers, and a GPS receiver.
“This is an exciting new product,” says Air-Weigh CEO Martin Ambros. “An integrated front-end loader scale that captures and stores lift information, and automatically relays reports to the office, will greatly increase efficiency.”
