QuickWeigh® is a highly engineered digital PSI gauge and on-board scale designed for tractors, trailers, and trucks with air-ride suspensions. It allows drivers to monitor both air pressure and real-time weight information, helping them ensure accurate and legal loads. QuickWeigh® displays PSI data or suspension weight on the large, easy-to-read display while simultaneously displaying the same data on a Bluetooth® capable phone or tablet, in real time via the QuickWeigh® app.
QuickWeigh® uses a highly engineered sensor to measure the air pressure of the suspension system. By calibrating QuickWeigh® with an empty weight entered at the time the vehicle is empty and loaded weight entered at the time the vehicle is loaded, the QuickWeigh® algorithm calculates and displays the current weights of the suspension group(s).
No calibration is required for PSI measurement, QuickWeigh® will display air pressure right out of the box. The scale must be calibrated before displaying weights. QuickWeigh® can display weights in pounds or kilograms.
After calibration, simply view weights or PSI on the external display, or on the QuickWeigh® app. The weight data will update in real time.
QuickWeigh® boasts industry-leading accuracy. For air-ride suspensions, it is 99% accurate. (+/- 300 lbs.)
QuickWeigh® displays weights in 20lbs. or 20kgs. Increments, and PSI to 1/10 of a single PSI.
QuickWeigh® is designed for air ride suspensions with single height control valves only. It does not work with mechanical suspensions.
PSI readings never need calibrating. For scale information, once you've calibrated QuickWeigh® with accurate empty and loaded weights, there's no need for recalibration. The system will continue to provide accurate weight readings. If the suspension undergoes significant damage, wear & tear, or changes such as replacing a leveling valve or air bag, a new recalibration is recommended.

QuickWeigh® offers a free mobile app for both iOS and Android devices. This app allows you to conveniently view weight and air pressure readings directly on your compatible smartphone or tablet.
No. The rugged QuickWeigh® housing is IP67 rated and tested to stringent SAE standards. QuickWeigh® can be mounted directly, a protective case or box is not required.
QuickWeigh® is powered by tapping into keyed truck, tractor, or trailer power. As a hard-wired scale, it ensures drivers will always have immediate access to weight readings and eliminates the need to replace batteries.
The Bluetooth® communication range for QuickWeigh® is up to 100 feet in line-of-sight.
An average QuickWeigh® installation is around 2 hours, though an optional ABS T-breakout shortens installation time. ABS T-Breakout is sold separately.
Open the QuickWeigh® app, select the scale to rename, and then click on the ‘setup’ button. Change the name in the ‘Name Scale’ field, and when finished, click the save button.
