iWeigh® is our most advanced on-board weighing platform, designed to keep fleets ahead of today’s ever-increasing vehicle technologies. Drivers can view weights inside or outside the cab on their smart device via Bluetooth® or weight data can be integrated through 3rd party applications via CAN bus and/or Bluetooth®. Over-the-air updates keep fleets at peak efficiency with future features and networking capabilities, whether straight trucks, trailers, or even heavy haul tractor/trailer combinations.
Applications: Tractors, straight trucks, work trucks, refuse vehicles, medium-duty trucks, trailers, or as part of a complete tractor/trailer solution when paired with iWeigh® trailer scales.
QuickWeigh® starts life as an easy-to-install digital PSI gauge but can be calibrated to show both PSI and suspension group weight on air suspensions. QuickWeigh® scale and app sync simultaneously so drivers can actively view weights either on the scale display or remotely on the phone or tablet, while loading in real time!
Easy to install with installation hardware included. Optional ABS T-breakout kit available for plug-and-play installation.
Applications: Air Suspension for Trucks and Trailers.
The BinMaxx® front end loader (FEL) scales are designed for refuse haulers to accurately weigh and charge according to container content weight, eliminating guesswork. BinMaxx® provides service verification and tracking of overall route profitability based on individual customer weight data.
Note: Weight data transmission options include adding a printer to the cab, integrating with 3rd party on-board software providers, or upgrading to BinMaxx CLOUD.
Applications: Front end loader refuse vehicles.
With EVs, the cars are getting heavier. With every electrification point of a vehicle, it’s 200 to 300 more pounds vs. a gas version. A hybrid is 200 to 300 pounds more than the gas car and a full EV is another 200 to 300 pounds. That makes these scales all the more critical.
