I Need Help Troubleshooting My Scale
We recommend you contact our customer support team at 888-459-3247 anytime you need help with your scale.
How Do I Use My Scale?
In order to get an accurate weight with your on-board scale, park your vehicle on level ground with the engine running and the brakes released. For air-ride suspensions, briefly deflate the air suspension and inflate to ride height. Weights are displayed on the easy-to-read digital display.
How Does My Scale Work?
LoadMaxx works on tractors and trailers with both air ride and mechanical suspensions. Air sensors measure pressure in the air bags, and deflection sensors measure flex for axles with leaf spring suspensions. The scale converts the sensor measurements into accurate on-the-ground weights.

Air-Weigh scales help our fleet to realize our weight issues at the dock – not 60 miles out of route, down the road, after the shipper has closed. This ensures that we maintain our on-time delivery to the customer and reduces out-of-route costs to scales. Better to be proactive than reactive!

We use Air-Weigh scales to ensure that we pick up a full load every time. In fact, the first big haul after we installed them paid for the scales! I also like the peace of mind of knowing we won’t get an overweight ticket.
