By multiplexing through the existing 7-way, both tractor and trailer weights are seen on the in-cab display without any driver interaction. Plus the added optional wireless-enabled feature means even more communication options.

Our QuickLoad Plus standalone trailer scale is right for you if you simply need to know your trailer’s weights while you’re loading. QuickLoad Plus is a simple plug-n-play solution that offers an optional wireless communication to the Air-Weigh App.

The all-new QuickWeigh is the go-to solution for equipment utilization. An economical, all in one retail package is designed for air-ride suspensions, for use with the new QuickWeigh app available on most smart devices. HOW DO I USE MY SCALE?

1. Unpack you new QuickWeigh® scale and review the included instruction manual. A link to the manual is here.

2. Determine your mounting location for the scale. Choose a location with easy visibility and away from areas likely to encounter road debris.

3. Install the scale following the manual instructions. Power up your trailer to check the scales lights up.

4. Download and install the free QuickWeigh® app (available for iOS and Android).

5. Out of the box, the scale will display PSI. For weights, you will need to set up your new scale. While in communication range, selection your new scale by scale serial number. Select ‘set up’ to add the PIN and name of scale.

6. Select ‘calibrate’ and follow the on screen instructions. Make sure your calibrated weights are from a certified scale.
Reference the manual for detailed calibration instructions.

For one point calibration: Enter your heavy weight.

For two point calibration: Enter your heavy weight, and your fully unloaded empty weight.

HOW DOES MY SCALE WORK?

QuickWeigh works on tractors and trailers with air ride suspensions. Air sensors measure pressure in the air bags, and relays the information to the installed QuickWeigh app on an iOS or Android smart device.

The scale converts the sensor measurements into accurate on-the-ground weights.

WHERE DO I DOWNLOAD THE FREE QUICKWEIGH® APP?

The QuickWeigh® App is free for download. You must have a current smart device. For iOS, the app requires an iPhone iOS 15 or newer. Android must be Android 8.0 or newer.
